Multiple (duplicate) items: Although the cart will allow you to place an order for more than one of any particular item, don't do it! I don't make duplicate items. If you see something that you want duplicates of, please e-mail me before ordering. Fused glass pieces are always unique--it is nearly impossible to make exact duplicates (although I can make something that is close). Payment: I accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, cashier's checks, and money orders. Online orders are placed through a secure server for your safety. All orders are shipped when payment is received. If you wish to use a cashier's check or money order, please email your order to me (don't use shopping cart). Shopping Cart: The shopping cart is on a secure server to protect your credit information. Your credit card number comes to me via two sources, and is never completely located on one email or on one web page. Shipping and Delivery: There is free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.00 (not including tax or mailing costs). U.S. Shipping: I ship all U.S. packages USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail, and insure all packages. I will send out your items as soon as possible--usually within one or two days. If you need something quickly, please let me know. Custom orders will take longer, usually about a week. Again, let me know if you need a custom order quickly and I will let you know if I can accommodate you. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery (unless you requested priority or express shipping).
